The Board of Directors, having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee as well as the qualifications and experience of Datuk Wira Eric Tan Eng Huat ("Datuk Wira Eric Tan"), is of the view that Datuk Wira Eric Tan has the requisite experience and capabilities to assume the duties and responsibilities as the Managing Director of the Company.

Aim Worldwide Group Ltd, who is a substantial shareholder of the Company, is wholly owned by Ms Lu Chai Hong and Ms Tan Xin Wei, Vinnie. Ms Lu Chai Hong is the wife of Datuk Wira Eric Tan and Ms Tan Xin Wei, Vinnie is the daughter of Datuk Wira Eric Tan.

On 1 June 2022, there was a new bankruptcy application filed against Eric Tan Eng Huat. On 20 July 2022, a Notice of Discontinuance was filed and served by Dentons (which is the law firm representing Eric Tan Eng Huat) on 21 July 2022. The bankruptcy application was stated to be concluded and was no longer live.
