As announced on 8 April 2020, the Company has deferred its AGM for FY2019 to be held by 29 June 2020. This is to provide time to put in place alternative arrangement necessitated by Government directives and legislative changes. Accordingly, unlike in previous years, the attached Annual Report 2019 does not contain the Notice of AGM and Proxy Form. The Company will issue the Notice of AGM at a later date once the date of AGM is determined. The Company will announce the date of AGM and the Notice of AGM via SGXnet in due course.
