DLF Holdings Limited (the "Company") was listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST") on 25 July 2018. The initial public offering of the Company was sponsored by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor").

Mr Teo served as an independent director in Hongwei Technologies Limited ("HTL") from June 2011 to March 2012. HTL had, on 13 December 2011, presented a petition to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for, inter alia, the appointment of joint provisional liquidators with the objectives of securing and safeguarding the assets of HTL. HTL was eventually delisted from the SGX-ST on 3 January 2014. Please refer to the attachment for further information in relation to HTL.
