This is to inform you that pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Master Restructuring Agreement dated June 29, 2016 (Supplemental MRA) to the Master Restructuring Agreement dated March 30, 2012, the Company has, today, allotted 1,46,50,640 (One Crore Forty Six Lakh Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Forty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 2,56,38,620 (Two Crore Fifty Six Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty) 0.10 percent Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Class B Preference Shares of face value Rs. 5/- each (Class B Preference Shares) at par on a preferential basis to Oriental Bank of Commerce upon its accession to Supplemental MRA on February 6, 2018.
