PARTIAL REPURCHASE AND CANCELLATION OF NOTES

Over several transactions covering from July 2020 to the date of this announcement, the Issuer have purchased Notes from the open market representing an aggregated principal amount of S$5,000,000 (the Repurchased Notes ), representing 5% of the initial principal amount of the Notes, which have been or will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, the outstanding principal amount of the Notes would be S$90,000,000.
