Dear Sirs,

We refer to our intimation dated October 21, 2019 regarding the proposed early redemption of principal amount of USD 100,000,000 out of USD 300,000,000 4.875% Senior Notes due 2021 (the Notes ).

We wish to inform you that on November 20, 2019, the Company has redeemed the principal amount of USD 100,000,000 on pro-rata basis out of USD 300,000,000 Notes at a redemption price of 102.43750% together with the accrued interest till date.
