The maturity date of the Notes was extended to 2 August 2025. On 5 February 2025, the Issuer will pay (a) the interest accrued on the Notes from 2 August 2024 to (but excluding) 2 February 2025 and (b) the Seventh Mandatory Partial Redemption Amount.
