Alphawest Pty Limited, a related body corporate of the Issuer, has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Ensyst Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia. Ensyst Pty Limited provides cloud-based professional and managed services in Australia. The agreement consideration is approximately A$13M. The transaction is subject to certain conditions including receipt of relevant approvals.
