We wish to inform you thatt the Compensation Cpommittee of the Board Granted 41659000 equity stock options of the face value of Rs.2/- each to the employees of the Bank @ Rs.835.50 each (Rupees Eight Hundred Thirty Five and Paise Fifty Only).

The options were granted under the Scheme titled ESOS XXIII & ESOS XXIV in terms of the secutites and Exchange Board of India (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employees Stock Purchase Scheme ) Guidelines, 1999.
