NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Silergy announced a cash dividend of NTD 6 per common share after such dividend was approved at annual general shareholders' meeting on June 8, 2018 and the record date will be set on July 16, 2018.
As a result, the Company has declared that the bonds conversion will be closed during the period between June 21, 2018 and July 16, 2018.
