The Extraordinary Resolution was passed by electronic consent. The Proposed Waivers took effect immediately. Upon execution of the sixth supplemental trust deed and the sixth amended and restated pricing supplement, the maturity date of the Notes shall be extended from 2 February 2025 to 2 August 2025.
