Following the resignation of Dr. Wong Weng Hong as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Yet Kum Meng will assume the role and responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and will also be appointed as an Executive Director in place of Dr Wong.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Yet Kum Meng as Chief Financial Officer.

In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the re-designation of Mr Yet Kum Meng and there were no disagreements between him and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
