IENOVA ANNOUNCES NEW CREDIT RATINGS ASSIGNED BY FITCH RATINGS AND S&P GLOBAL RATINGS



Mexico City, November 19, 2018 Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V., ( IEnova ), announces that today:

(i) Fitch Ratings affirmed IEnovas long-term issuer default rating (IDR) and senior unsecured rating at BBB+ and also affirmed IDR s stable outlook.

(ii) S&P Global Ratings affirmed IEnovas global scale corporate credit rating of BBB and revised its global outlook from stable to negative because of similar action on Sempra Energy. As a result, IEnovas local credit rating changed from AAA to AA+.
