Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, i.e., on May 10, 2024, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remunertion Committee, has decided to appoint Mr. Bharat Puri (DIN: 02173566) as an Additional
Non-Executive Independent Director of Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) for a tenure of 5 years, from May 15, 2024 to May 14, 2029 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
