The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of 3i Infotech Limited have, at their meetings held on November 11, 2014, approved the appointment of Mr. Padmanabhan Iyer as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Padmanabhan Iyer would take over the responsibility from Mr. Charanjit Attra, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Charanjit Attra will continue to be Executive Director overseeing finance function and will take on the additional role of developing and strategizing new business initiatives.
