| Narrative version | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 23 September 2024 for the purposes of determining shareholders' entitlements to the proposed one-tier tax exempt final dividend of S$0.0008 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Proposed Dividend").
Duly completed transfers in respect of ordinary shares not registered in the name of The Central Depository (Pte) Limited received by the Company's Share Registrar and Transfer Office, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 77 Robinson Road, #06-03 Robinson 77, Singapore 068896, up to 5.00 pm on 20 September 2024, will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Proposed Dividend.
Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Company's ordinary shares as at 5.00 pm on 20 September 2024 will be entitled to the Proposed Dividend.
The Proposed Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 30 September 2024. |
