| Narrative version | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Tiong Seng Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be closed on 10 May 2022 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlement to the first and final tax-exempt one-tier dividend ("Dividend") of 0.25 Singapore cents per ordinary share in the capital of the Company ("Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021. The Dividend was approved at the Company's annual general meeting held on 22 April 2022.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2022 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2022 will be entitled to the Dividend.
Payment of the Dividend will be made on 20 May 2022. |
