Cessation of Mr Axron Lim Gwee Koon as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Axron Lim Gwee Koon was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company on 1 July 2008 and an Executive Director of the Company on 19 February 2009.

On the effective date of cessation, Mr Axron Lim Gwee Koon will also cease his present directorship in the Advanced Holding Ltd Group of Companies as listed in Appendix 1.
