Mr Lee Lik Hsin is the Executive Vice President Commercial of Singapore Airlines Limited. He was the former Chief Executive Officer of Scoot Tigerair Pte. Ltd. ("Scoot"). Before the merger of Tigerair and Scoot under the Scoot brand in July 2017, Mr Lee was appointed CEO of both Scoot and Tigerair in May 2016. Prior to that, Mr Lee was CEO of Tigerair since 2014 and served on Tigerair's Board of Directors between July 2013 and May 2014, as a representative from Singapore Airlines ("SIA"). He brings with him a wealth of experience at the senior level in the airline industry. Before joining Tigerair, Mr Lee was the President of Singapore Airlines Cargo Pte Ltd, and prior to that, he was SIA's Senior Vice President Corporate Planning. Mr Lee also headed SIA's Company Planning and Fuel department and held Regional Vice President roles for West Asia and Africa, and the North Asia sales regions.

Mr Lee Lik Hsin was a Board Director of NokScoot Airlines Co., Ltd. ("NokScoot" ) on 29 July 2020 when NokScoot registered for its dissolution with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand. NokScoot is a company incorporated in Thailand and 49% owned by Scoot Pte. Ltd. (then known as Scoot Tigerair Pte. Ltd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Airlines Limited. On 14 July 2020, the shareholders of NokScoot passed a resolution approving the dissolution of NokScoot. NokScoot's shareholders appointed liquidators, which later filed a bankruptcy application in Thailand. On 30 November 2020, the Thai court issued an absolute receivership order in respect of NokScoot. On 23 December 2020, this order was published in the Thai Royal Gazette.
