The Board would like to inform Shareholders that following the completion on 15 November 2024 of the CLN Issuance, the Placement to certain Investors (as earlier announced), the Director-Subscription, the Fee Conversion and the Bonus Performance Shares Issue (variously defined in the Circular dated 15 October 2024 issued to Shareholders), the Company has proceeded to completion the Polaris Loan Conversion which involved the issue and allotment of 207,221,091 new Shares.

Accordingly, Shareholders and investors should note that the total number of Shares in issue as at the date hereof is now: 16,806,290,087.
