GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) on April 03, 2019 has successfully priced USD 300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.375 percent Senior Secured Notes due 2024 (the Notes ). GHIAL intends to use the gross proceeds of the offering of the Notes for part of the capital expenditures with respect to the master plan of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Hyderabad (the Airport ), which entails expansion of the Airport to increase passenger capacity to 34 million passengers per year.
