The Board of Directors ( the Board ) of King Wan Corporation Limited ( the Company ) wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Siraarpa Siriviriyakul as director of the Company with effect from 2 October 2017. Ms Siraarpa Siriviriyakul is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST.

Following the above appointment, the Board and Board Committees shall comprise the following members with effect from 2 October 2017.
