This is a replacement announcement for Announcement number SG210531OTHR0PB7 released on 31 May 2021 at 19:52:00 (the Previous Announcement). The first sentence of the Previous Announcement which reads Hotel Properties Limited (the Issuer) wishes to announce that it has issued S$125,000,000 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.75 per cent. notes due 2028 comprised in Series 004 (the Notes) on 31 May 2021. The aforesaid sentence has contained the word - million which is redundant and should be deleted. The amended announcement is attached.
