Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the authority granted by the Members at the Seventy-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 30, 2021, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. October 7, 2021 has approved grant of 8,76,210 Stock Options and 9,64,614 Performance Share Units in aggregate, to the Eligible Employees of the Company under the Scheme. The details of the aforesaid grant are provided in Annexure A.
