NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd.(the Company) declared a stock dividend is distributed to the Entitled Shareholders on the basis of 0.15 Share for every one Share, and payable to shareholder of record on August 14, 2020.

As a result of the stock dividend distribution, the Company informs the Bondholders of that (i) the Conversion Price prior to the adjustment was NT$ 201.1 per share, (ii) the adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(C)(i) and 5(C)(vii) of the Indenture, shall be NT$ 174.9 per share, which shall be effective on July 28, 2020.
