The Board of Directors (the Board) of Miyoshi Precision Limited (the Company) is pleased to announce that pursuant to the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 29 December 2014, the special resolution relating to the proposed change of Company's name from Miyoshi Precision Limited to Miyoshi Limited has been lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA). ACRA has notified that, with effect from 31 December 2014, the Company shall be known as Miyoshi Limited.
