1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 28 March 2017.

2. (I) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'Genpact n3.7%220401A' and 'GPACN22A' respectively. The ISIN Code is US37254BAA89.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'Genpact n3.7%220401R' and 'GPACN22R ' respectively. The ISIN Code is USL42857AA71.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A.
