PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (the Company ) refers to the US$150,000,000 1.500% Senior Notes Due 2026 which were issued in January 2021 by PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (the "Notes").

The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has repurchased and cancelled a principal amount of US$29,181,000 of the Notes from the open market.

As of July 10, 2024, there was US$120,819,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
