The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Southern Packaging Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Teo Meng Keong, the Company Secretary, has passed away suddenly yesterday; and instead thereof Ms Kong Wei Fung and Ms Cheok Hui Yee have been appointed as the new Company Secretaries with immediate effect.

The Board would like to extend its deepest condolences to his family and express its appreciation to Mr Teo during his tenure in office.
