Cessation of Mr. Ong Hon Hsiang William ("Mr. Ong") as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of AJJ Healthcare Management Pte. Ltd. ("AJJ Healthcare"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AJJ Medtech Holdings Limited (the "Company").

Mr. Ong has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and will cease to hold his appointments with effect from 12 August 2026, which will also be his last day of employment and service with AJJ Healthcare.

The Company wishes to place on record its appreciation to Mr. Ong for his contributions during his tenure.

This announcement has been reviewed by the Company's sponsor, Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited ("Sponsor").
