Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Nikhil Eapen will cease to be the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Executive Director of StarHub Ltd ("StarHub") on 31 December 2026 as part of StarHub's leadership succession planning and in line with Mr Eapen's own plans. Please refer to the attached Media Release.

Upon his cessation as CEO and Executive Director, Mr Eapen will also cease to be a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
