| Narrative version | Notice is hereby given that, subject to the shareholders' approval to the final dividend of SGD0.0076 per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2017 at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2018, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5:00 pm on 9 May 2018 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M&C Services Private Limited, 112 Robinson Road, #05-01, Singapore 068902 up to 5:00 pm on 9 May 2018 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the final dividend.
In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the final dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the final dividend to the holders of the securities accounts. |
