In view of the decision taken by the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") to suspend the ADRs of China Telecom Corporation Limited, China Mobile Limited and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited (collectively, the "ADRs") at 4:00am Eastern Standard Time on 11 January 2021, Singapore Exchange Regulation will suspend the ADRs on GlobalQuote after SGX-ST market close on 11 January 2021.

It is understood that the Depositary Bank (BNY Mellon) will facilitate conversion of the ADRs into the underlying securities, subject to conditions including that all cancellation transactions must be in compliance with Executive Order 13959 and accompanied by a certification to that effect, the form of which will be made available on www.adrbnymellon.com.
