Mr. Ng Mun Fey ("Mr Ng") has tendered his resignation as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Fortress Minerals Limited (the "Company") primarily due to family commitments.

After having interviewed Mr Ng and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor is satisfied that, other than disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr Ng as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
