Additional TextPlease refer to the Company's announcement dated 10 November 2025 in relation to the application to the High Court of the Republic of Singapore to seek a moratorium pursuant to Section 64 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (the "Application").
Additional TextAs mentioned in the announcement, the Board has assessed that the Company is unable to demonstrate that it is able to continue as a going concern in accordance with Rule 1303 of the Listing
Manual of the SGX-ST.
Additional TextAccordingly, the Company has requested a voluntary suspension of the trading of its shares with immediate effect.
Additional TextThe Company will seek to lift the trading suspension as soon as it is appropriate to do so without compromising the interests of all stakeholders.
