As part of Board's renewal process and given that his tenure is reaching 9 years, Mr. Andrew will step down as Lead Independent Director of the Company and will relinquish his position as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.

The Board would like to express its gratitude towards Mr. Andrew for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Andrew as Lead Independent Director of the Company.
