EMPHASIS OF MATTER BY AUDITOR ON FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2014

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Ipco International Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company's Auditor, BDO LLP, has issued its Independent Auditor's Report with an emphasis of matter in respect of the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the financial year ended 30 April 2014 ("Independent Auditor's Report").

A copy of the Independent Auditor's Report together with Note 35 to the financial statements is annexed to this announcement.
