Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e., May 13, 2025 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved re-appointment of Mr K V Chowdary (DIN: 08485334) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for the second consecutive term for the period from October 27, 2025 to October 10, 2029 (both days inclusive) when he attains the retirement age of 75 years, as per the terms of the Governance Guidelines on Board Effectiveness for Tata Companies, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company by way of a Special Resolution at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
