Description(Please provide a detailed description of the announcement in the box below): The Board of Directors (the "Board") of BM Mobility Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has been increased from 488,268,732 ordinary shares to 498,268,732 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 10,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 10,000,000 warrants at the exercise price of S$0.010 each, on 6 September 2018.

These new shares which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company have been listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 11 September 2018.

Pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of warrants, there are 905,511,464 outstanding warrants each with an exercise price of S$0.010 expiring on 13 February 2021.
