With reference to captioned subject, we would like to inform that the Company had made an application to Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra for the extension of due date for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 and the Registrar of Companies vide their order dated September 9, 2021 granted their approval to the Company for extending the due date for holding the Annual General Meeting by three months i.e. up to a period of December 31, 2021.

In view of this, the Annual General Meeting of the Company will now be held on or before December 31, 2021. Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
