We wish to inform you that Moody s Investor Service has reviewed the credit ratings assigned to the RG I entities (i.e. Adani Green Energy (UP) Limited, Parampujya Solar Energy Private Limited and Prayatna Developers Private Limited) comprising of solar projects of 930 MW. Kindly note that the credit rating has been reaffirmed at Ba2 with change in outlook from stable to negative.
