Additional TextInvestors are hereby notified that Bank of New York Mellon ("Depositary") will cease the quotation of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") on Netease, Inc., Mizuho Financial Group, Inc., Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc., Toyota Motor Corp. and HSBC Holdings PLC (the "Companies") on Globalquote after SGX-ST market close on 10 July 2025.
Additional TextToday will be the last trading day of the Companies' ADRs on SGX-ST. For avoidance of doubt, the ADRs continue to trade in the U.S where they are listed.

CDP will cease to accept any inward cross border transfer of the Companies' ADRs as of the date of this announcement.
