1) Mr. Berjis Desai and Mr. R. P. Singh have been appointed as Directors of Lodha Developers Private Limited, (the Parent Guarantor). Mr. Berjis Desai is the Managing Partner of J.Sagar Associates, one of the India's leading law firms and specializes in financial and securities law. Mr. R. P. Singh is one of the India s most respected bureaucrats. He has played a pivotal role in revitalizing the road sector, which is considered to be the best performing sector in India today.

2) Mr. Jayant Mehrotra has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Lodha Developers Private Limited, (the Parent Guarantor). He has vast experience and expertise in financial Sector.

3) Mr. Piyush Vora, ex-Chief Financial Officer of Lodha Developers Private Limited, (the Parent Guarantor) would assume charge of an Advisor to the Board of Directors and would focus on Business Development function.
