In relation to the Notice of Relevant Fact dated 29 October 2018 whereby Autopistas del Sol, Sociedad Anonima announced that in accordance with the incorporating document of this company, it has proceeded to: (A) revoke the appointment of Mr. Jose David Fletes Rincon as a member of the Board of Directors; and (B) by virtue of said revocation, in substitution of Mr. Fletes Rincon, appoint Mr. Lucas Martinez Vuillier as a member of the Board of Directors.
