The Company is pleased to announce that the settlement of the Tender Offer was completed on 27 June 2018. Following settlement of the Tender Offer, the Company has been informed by the Registrar that it has cancelled the Notes that have been validly tendered (and not validly revoked) and purchased by the Company pursuant to the Tender Offer. Accordingly, the aggregate principal amount of Notes that remain outstanding as of the date hereof is U.S.$262,532,000.
