Ms Chong Meng Fong ("Ms Chong") tendered her resignation to pursue other career opportunities.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms Chong as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms Chong and there are no disagreements between Ms Chong and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that would have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
