Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr. Chua Thiam Chye ("Mr. Chua") will retire as Group FC with effect from 30 June 2026 and the Company had hired another appropriate person who is currently serving his notice and will come aboard on 1 July 2026. Notwithstanding Mr Chua's retirement, he will continue to assist in the handover as well as provide support and guidance in the capacity of an adviser till the end of December 2026.
