Description(Please provide a detailed description of the announcement in the box below): The Board of Directors (the "Board") of OLS Enterprise Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 1,109,409,733 ordinary shares to 1,109,460,989 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 51,256 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 51,256 warrants at the exercise price of S$0.009 each, on 12 January 2015.

These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company have been listed and quoted on the SGX-ST on 15 January 2015.

Pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of warrants, there are 821,650,974 outstanding warrants each with an exercise price of S$0.009 expiring on 25 August 2017.
