This is a corrigendum to the annual report of UOL Group Limited (the "Company") for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 announced on 2 April 2026 ("Annual Report").

The Company wishes to inform that there is an inadvertent typographical error on page 69 of the Annual Report. The subtitle "Name of Director" in both tables should read as "Name". The revised Annual Report (with the updated page 69) is attached.
