Tierra Mojada Luxembourg II S.a r.l. announced today that it has obtained the necessary consents from the holders of its 5.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2040 and the lenders under its amended and restated Credit Agreement. These approvals relate to proposed amendments to the Contractual Service Agreement with GE Vernova Global Services GmbH, which will allow the installation of a MeeFog Wet Compression System on the GE 7HA.02 gas turbines at the 874.5 MW combined-cycle power plant in Zapotlanejo, Jalisco, Mexico. With the requisite consents secured, the Company will proceed to execute the Amended Agreement incorporating the approved changes.
